I need to create a new order or ticket # for two items that I already paid for

I just want to request a 2022 upgrade to my 2021 Musicmaker which I am entitled to

To create a support ticket, go to this page and go carefully through each page, making sure you choose the option to "Ask Support" whenever it is offered.

Alternatively, you might simply email infoservice@magix net (Magix Customer Service) and explain to them what you want.
