I recently paid for and downloaded the Magix Audio Cleaner 2013 but i cant install it because when it comes to the part of installation where it says "please select the components that you would like to install" there is no components to click on please help!!!
This is just a guess, but, go online to Magix after you have opened AC2013, then go up to Help files and see it you get additional links and one that might say "Download addititonal contentt packages" if you do, click onto that link and away you go.....if not, get back to me

Well,....lets see. We wil go about this a step at a time, in that way we may solve your issue more swiftly,,,,so, do you have a shortcut link to AC2013 on your desk/lap top ?
Another thought....if your are in USA, what is your telephone # ? Perhaps that might be a better way. I live in SAn Diego....I know, I'm lucky to be here.

AC2013 is Audio Cleaning Lab version 2013. I have a feeling that using the Knowledge community for your issue is not the way to go. It appeaars that it would be very time consuming on your part and mine. Please answer my question s first before asking new ones.
