I am using a Dell PC. I need help installing Soundforge 15. I purchase it without realizing that I had already had version 14 installed. I downloaded the version 15 but was unable to install it. I believe it was looking for the upgrade version of 15. Please help!

Multiple versions of Sound Forge can coexist in the same PC without issue. So you do not have to uninstall SF-14 (or earlier versions) to install SF-15.. or visa-versa.You can even have both the x64 and x86 (32 bit) versions of the version number on your PC.
Please explain in more detail what happens when you attempt to install Sound Forge and state what version you have (Audio Studio or Pro). Also state any error messages and other pertinent behavior... and.. Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page.
If the installation manager downloads and opens, but will not unpack the individual installer files, try temporarily disabling anti-virus and try again. If that does not help, we can send you a link to the unpacked installer files, which should download and install w/o issue.
