I'm Unable to Upgrade My Trial Version of Acid Pro 10

I keep getting offers to upgrade my trial version of Acid Pro 10 for $79.00. So I follow the link, but then my serial number doesn't work. I'm on a windows 10 pc that meets specifications. The deadline is December 26! So I'm trying to do this as quickly as possible. Help!

@blunt-rapture As far as I know it's not possible to upgrade from a trial version. You already need to have an older full version to be able to upgrade. Do you own such a version and is it registered to your user account?

The program just shows you the upgrade offer that all users get to see.
