I keep getting cannot find disc errors & program freezes

I am really fed up with using this program. It keeps crashing, does not accept disc in drive and generally is very unstable. Some times it works well, but since I have recommended this and the 16th version as well to my customers and I am really getting so frustrated. I have bought several of your products so would appreciate some help please. Perhaps I should download audio cleaning 16 for free!

I am using XP home 32bit 1.4GhZ with 113Gb HDD free space.

PC is bug free and I keep it up to date. It is a laptop and I use it on recording gigs a lot.

Hi mhares, this is an open forum, not the actual support site, which is what you need if it's a specific issue.

What does I have recommended this and the 16th version mean? You have another version which is giving you grief, if so which? Tried updating?

ACL is actually a real stable range, you may feel your computer is bug free, but why not get a syscheck run on it from MAGIX support. It helps show up small conflicts, settings etc which can cause avoidable problems.
