I just updated from windows 7 to 10 and im trying to burn a bluray. It ask for a one time blu ray activation and it fails. My windows 7 worked just fine. Is there somethin i need to do to git it activated? or do i need to revert back to windows 7.

This is a known problem - see this post and follow the instructions to fix it - where MEP 2014 is mention substitute your program version.
