Hello,

I Just bought this software, (Movie Edit Pro 2016 Plus) I tried the free version and it kept crashing down and didn't let me work. So I decided to purchase it thinking it would change due to version update or something, but it doesn't. I have updated it and keeps crashing down. it works for a few minutes and than it restarts itself again asking me to send crash report.

has anyone had the same problem by chance?

My computer meets all requirements for this software to work properly. Window 7 pro, 64 bit, 8 Gigs RAM.

Hi

. . . . My computer meets all requirements for this software to work properly. Window 7 pro, 64 bit, 8 Gigs RAM. . . . .

More informaton is needed -

  1. Full specification of the computer including graphics card/chipset used.

  2. Details of any error message when the program crashes?

  3. At what point does the program crash - ie does any particular action cause it to crash?

  4. What video format or image formats are you adding to the timeline?

  5. If the crash occurs while exporting video - what settings are you using to export?

Hi

. . . . Here is the Error message. . . . .

Unfortunately that does not help - it is a generic windows error message.

Please answer the other questions I asked.

Also - did you get the program from Steam?

This happens every time, the play button disappears every time I turn on the software. I don't know what other error message do you want me to send you, are you from Tech Support??

I bought this software from Office Max, but doesn't make difference since we still have to download it from you the website, the box doesn't contain a disk.

It takes me forever to finish a project, since it keeps crashing.

Windows 7 Professional

8 Gigs of Ram

64 bit

That is the requirement on the box, why does it crash??

Now I have unfinished projects and can't even go back to them, as I mentioned to you before the play button disappeared, and it tells me that it needs to close the program. when I turn it back on again it asks me to send the report which I do all the time but nothing get's fix, back to the same thing again without the play button, It's becoming very frustrating.!!
