@Jesse-Marquez Please describe what you are doing when the crash happens. Are you getting some error message?

Music Maker will not work without internet. All features are downloaded and activated through internet.

Only Samplitude Pro X can be activated and used without internet. All magix softwares need internet for activation and regular license checks.

If you cannot use Music Maker I would suggest you to refund it.
