---- So is it posable to install on my laptop so I can use it on there and will I still have all the stuff I have paid for like soundloops etc. and if so how do i put it on and can i use it on Both thanks
All recent versions of MM can be installed on as many devices as you wish (within reason!) butonly 2 can be activated and run concurrently.
So, you need to run the installer, for whichever version you have, on your laptop. That will install the basic, free version. Then, assuming you have also bought one of the editions, either plus or premium, enter the serial key for this on the initial splash screen and select to register. Once this is done you should be able to download and install ALL the content that is currently registered to you. On that same initial screen you have the option to also enter the serial keys for any earlier versions and editions which you own and thus download and install any and all add-ons that came with those versions.
Just out of interest, why does the title of your thread refer to the installation location of your existing PC? Is this a problem? It does not need to install to C:\ (mine is on D:\) but it is a user-selectable option which is shown during the installation process.

Hi ty for getting back to me would it be cos I installed the free ver on the c:\ see photos any help my C:\ is ssd and D:\ is a HD and yes I have the full paid for copy of
I'm certain the Free edition of MM also includes the option to select a different drive for the program installation; it is a screen which appears very near the beginning of the installation process and is easily overlooked if one does not watch carefully what is being shown! It includes the option to choose a non-default install location. If no alternative choice is made the default, C:\ will be used. (All of the above is covered in the first tutorial which @browj2 directed you to.)
If you wish to actually have the program on your D:\ drive, I think you have two choices:
A total uninstall of the existing program, using something like the free Revo Uninstaller. Using this ensures that everything associated with the previous installation is removed thus, hopefully, ensuring that nothing of it conflicts with the new installation. Doing this will mean that everything associated with the former installation will need to be reinstalled, Soundpools, Instruments, etc., etc.
I have successfully moved programs from one drive to another using Application Mover. If you decide to try this app (and any changes it makes can normally be reversed if the moved app fails to run properly) you need to be very careful and follow exactly all the included instructions. It is not guaranteed to work! As I said I have used it successfully for some non-Magix programs but not for any by Magix and I have found others which do not move properly!
