Welcome to the Magix forums.

Because your version of MM is so old, the current latest is 28.0.2.47, it does not have the Store option of more recent versions.

Magix now makes soundpools and instruments available to purchase and download at this web site. But I wonder whether the format of files which you can purchase there would "work" with your version? You should really check this carefully before making any purchase, I think.
