I have requested the registration code to upgrade the MP3 coder

I have use the same code many times on two machines. Now, only one of my machines will recognize the code and upgrade my MP3 license to unlimited. The other machine will not recognize the code, though it has previously. Both PC's are running Win7. Suggestions?

Are we to assume you have the same software running on two machines at the same time? That is not permitted. That could be the source of your problem.
