i have mmm 15 premium that has multiple problems.

first problem can't load avi video's from an older version of magix like dancers or masks

as well as some avi files i created with magix when i was able to before?

also when trying to load an mp3 file it's no longer stereo and sounds as if it were playing from a cell phone speaker?

then sometimes i get this static sound or loud noise when trying to render multiple samples.

or i can call it a broken file... it renders most of the song then like half way through then i get that sound i discribed earlyer it's like the song speeds up really fast to were it's just a loud noise..

please help

Version 15 or 2015? Please be precise. I will assume 2015.

Dancers or mask - why do you want to load older versions of dancers and masks? They come with 2015. I have noticed a bug in the videos. If 2 video clips are placed at the beginning, one of them doesn't play. If one is moved along a bit, then they both play.

Did you download and install everything under Help, Update program/update functions, Download free synthesizer and sound packages? If not, then do so.

What is your OS? See the questions on the Pose a question screen when you asked your question. You did not provide the information, so now I have to ask everything.

Did you update to the latest patch?

What is your monitoring system - computer speakers, external sound card, what? If external, how is it connected to your computer - USB port or USB hub?

What are your program settings under Audio playback? Which driver are you using?

Have you tried loading other mp3 files? Do they work or do they all have the same problem?

Windows 7 ultimate 64bit

Internal sound card

i have tried to update but get errors

have tried to reinstall

the videos and masks are from mmm 2004 version

they have worked in the past on version 15

but still can't upload any avi format videos at all i have to convert to wma format for them to play in the editor..

none of the mp3 files play properly in the editor. my settings havn't changed

the mp3s played fine but the verry next day i got that no depth non stereo sound

that sound as if played through a cell phone or old transistor radio speaker.

unless i convert the mp3 files to wave.. WAVE and WMA are the only formats that work

in the editor.
