I am not able to import files. It seems that my Video Converter do not work. When I open the program and come to Import nothing happens. Even though all cabels are conected I am asked to conect Scart and videoconverter, I have also tried video S cables. I have tried to connect my VCR with scart and also my video camera with S Video cable and also with the cinch cables. My camera has no scart possibilities. If my Video Converter is defect, where can I get a new one? I am not able to reach the import page where I can swithch between Composite or S Video.I have a JVC video recorder and it works perfect and I am using a brand new HP gaming PC with 1TB capacity.

Check the following:-

  • In Windows 11 Settings,Privacy & Security, App permissions, Camera and Microphone options that Let desktop apps access your Camera/Microphone options are turned on.

  • You have the correct driver for the USB video capture device are installed - the driver is available here.
