I have just bought and downloaded Magix but unfortunatly computer cannot open downloaded recordings as it doe not recognise them. Has it got someting to do with codecs

I have downloaded rescue video tapes 6, the computer cannot open transfered tapes as it does not recognise file. Is it to do with the codecs

Which version of RYVT did you purchase, was this direct from the Magix website and have you registered it?

You will normally be prompted to activate or purchase codecs if they are not installed and are required ?

Did you use RYVT to record the video files?

If so what format did you select to record as?

What is your Windows version and is it 32 or 64 bit?
