Do you mean 14 Plus, released in 2008, or 2014 Plus - if 2014 Plus then please use the full name to avoid confusion with the earlier version.

We also need more information:

What is your computer specification - please be specific and give processoer make / model, graphics card/chipset used, RAM, number of hard drives, type and configuration.

Windows version - if Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 ?

Has the MPG codec been activated ?
