I have been downloadin for over an hour and only 54% is done and it stopped at 148.87 of 273.99MB

I looks like it is still downloading but the progress stays at 54% never gets larger as does the 148.87mb

I purchased Video Pro x5 on 7-10-13  when the support line 1-305-722-5821 was being answered and was told that there is not longer installation disks being sent out for purchases - use the download.

I bought it, received the emails with no definite list of instructions on what to do next. The US support line has now been removed which I think may be a good thing because I received no useful support from her anyway.

I have no phone for you, no support email address but I am adventurous and continued to research the Magix.com site in hopes that I would not have to have my card company put through a refund.

I was able to download the .pdf file for it and it references the installion disk. I realized Magix no longer sends DVDs/disks and am now downloading the trial version for my install assuming it works the same as Xara, except Xara did send me the hard installs and that have countless forums. I believe Magix purchased Xara some time back and that is one of the reasons  I purchased Magix. I am now still downloading the software and I have to click on CONTINUE every so often or it stops downloading. Also, my daughter and I have 800 .com domains on 12 Cpanel servers with all the domains using my perl and php software plus I have 7 computers around me one of which is a new win8 upon which I am now installing pro X5.

As I type thisc Pro X5 is being downloaded to this new, inexpensive computer which I purchased just for this program: Dell Inspiron 660s Desktop PC - 3rd Gen. Intel Core i3-3240 3.40GHz,

4GB DDR3, 1TB HDD, DVDRW, Windows 8 64-bit, Keyboard & Mouse, (i660s-2312BK

Can you help or give me another address to download.
