Hi,

 

It is not wise to provide your serial number or any kind of key here. It is a community forum and users share knowledge to help each other. Magix customer support is different.

 

As you did not use your program does this mean you did not update your pc either. I mean windows if you use? if not first update your OS, windows xp, windows vista or 7.

 

After doing that if you still face problem then it is wise if you could re-install the software and try to check for updates if available any.

 

Even if you still face problem then the best the safest method is Computer's system restore. Some times it works.
