I paid for the unlimited loops subscription a few days ago, but now it is not working. When I click on the subscription it says it is active, but when I go to download the loops the store says I have to pay for them. Not only that, but it has seemingly erased all my songs using those loops. Is there anyway to fix that or get a refund?
@Joshua-Barnhart I would suggest you log out from your user account, restart your computer (not doing a shutdown and turning it on again but doing a real restart!) and log back into your account and check if it works.
