I am nto sure you can export out directly to those formats in that version, but if you have a program app that came with those camera types then I recommend that you export as .AVI to retain as much of the quality as possible.

If the cameras did come with applications to allow you to import video from the computer then it would accept the AVI file as it is pretty much the most generic file format.
