i HAVE INSTALLED IT SEVERAL TIMES. sTILL COMES UP WITH SAME ERROR.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

First, can you tell us exactly which version of MEP Premium you have? You can check under Help>About.

I have edited your post to remove the first of your Error Logs because it is really not relevant, I think.

The remaining one clearly shows that the error is being caused by C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Plugins\NewBlueFX\Elements.ofx.bundle\Contents\win64\Elements.ofx This indicates the error is with your NewBlue Elements plugins, so uninstalling and reinstalling MEP is not going to resolve this and may, indeed, actually make the situation worse!

So, the first thing I think you should do is go to Start>Programs>NewBlue>NewBlue Application Manager and remove NewBlue Elements from your computer. (You can always reinstall it later.)

Reboot your computer and try to run MEP. If you are successful, then you might wish to try reinstalling those NB Effects.

If you are not successful in opening MEP, then more drastic action is likely to be needed! This Magix Support page will guide you in completely removing MEP and then reinstalling it. Once it is successfully reinstalled, then you might wish to also reinstall those NB effects.

Please post back and tell us whether or not you have been able to resolve this.
