@David-Barselow The features are bound to your user account and the program has to check your account in the Magix database, which features are unlocked. You cannot use the paid features without logging in.

Hi,

You cannot start your "premium edtion of MMM 2022" because Premium Edition is not a program. You can only start Music Maker 2022 which is the program. 2022 Premium Edition gives you access to some features, presets and credits for some instruments and Soundpools - again, it is not a program. For Music Maker 2022 to recognize that you have 2022 Premium Edition, you have to log in.

See this.

And this

And this.

So is it software service or a software program.?

@David-Barselow

I don't know why you would think that this is a service.

I told you, Music Maker is the program. 2022 Premium Edition gives you access to some features, presets and credits for some instruments and Soundpools within the program. Once you've loaded the program and logged in, it recognizes that you have an Edition (past and present) and unlocks everything that you should have - assuming that you actually downloaded and installed everything to which you are entitled under the Downloads tab. Everything will be on your computer, including Soundpools.

Once you have successfully done this, then the log in will be automatic, even if you are off-line. You should not have to log in each time - it's automatic, but sometimes can take 10-20 seconds.

Do you actually have to log in yourself each time you open the program?

Did you wait for a bit to see if you get logged in automatically?

Further to the above, for any naysayers, I disconnected my laptop from the internet and then loaded Music Maker 2022. Here is the result:

and clicking on Details gives:

See - I got logged in even though I'm off-line.

Going into a project, I have everything that I am supposed to have. What I obviously don't get is access to the Store to buy something.

Well that sets the record straight, sometimes you just have to test the waters by taking the plunge, I will give this a try also thanks for putting a foot forward.

Hey Magix ignore my last support message my bad

Not possible, I'm afraid. These are user to user forums, there are no Magix staff here.

Instead you should simply reply to the latest message you received from Magix Support saying the issue is now resolved and the support ticket can be closed.
