Comments johnebaker wrote on 2/20/2016, 4:15 AM Hi Do the files actually exist at the location specified in the error message? Can you play the files with Windows Media Player? Are the files stored in iTunes? Are the files on an external hard drive or memory stick? Have you just upgraded to Windows 10 and MEP is now giving this error? If so try reinstalling MEP 2013 following this procedure. HTH John EB mdtrevethan wrote on 2/20/2016, 4:28 AM Thanks John The files do exist and do play in windows media player. They are on my local C drive. I have recently upgraded to Windows 10... I will try the suggested procedure. Thanks for the help. mdtrevethan wrote on 2/22/2016, 6:00 AM Unfotrunately reinstalling didn't resolve the issue. I've temporarily found a way around the problem by converting the audio to "wav" format, however this is far from ideal when the program is supposed to support mp3 format. Any other ideas? 1
