I forgot my password - and it seems that I dont get a link with option

I have been trying to reset my password - sense I dont remember it, sending my email dont give any feedback - how come

from magix prior for this I have got a link from magix to set a new password - is this service canceled

@JornBLund You can always try support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for help.
