i dont have a credit card just a visa debit and a prepaid visa

i cant seem to purchase my product with my visa debit or a prepaid master card. I tried to use my master card directly and through pal but it wont allow me to purchase my product. Anyone have any suggestions other than getting a visa i just don't have on. I've tried multiple times to cop the software with my card but to know avail.

I've used a Visa Debit card for Magix and other sites, and haven't had any problems with it. Some thoughts...
1) Maybe there's a temporary glitch in the system that's preventing the transaction from going through. You could try waiting a day or two, see if that makes a difference.
2) Presumably you get some kind of message when the transaction doesn't go through? Contact your bank (card issuer) and ask for an explanation of the message. And/or, contact Magix and ask if they see anything on their end that might give a hint as to what the problem is. You can reach Magix Support through the "Support" link at the top of this page.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

In addition to what @gjonny has advised you could also email infoservice@magix.net, explain the problem and ask for their help.

One thing to be aware which may be causing the problem for you, depending on your bank and where in the world you are, is the requirement for all card transactions to include "2-factor authentication", sometimes also called "3D authentication". This thread will tell you more.
