I don't have the email with the Serial Number

Hello! I purchased MAGIX Video Studio 2024 Suite from Amazon.com. I created an account on Magix.com and entered the Voucher Code on the day I received the software (around the end of August) - but I did not realize I should have installed the CD/DVD first. Today, I finally installed the software but when I went to register it, it asked for the Serial Number.

So, I entered the Voucher Code listed on the back of the product insert and was told the code had either expired or already been used. It stated that I should have received the Serial Number in an email after I entered the Voucher Code. If I received that email, I no longer have it. I I did a restore as far back as I could go in Gmail and I don't see it. Is it possible to send me a duplicate email with that SN? I'm sorry for the long question - but I appreciate your help.

@Kelly-Hughlet

Hi,

Check your spam box.

Log into your account on Magix.com, My products, and if you see Magix Movie Studio 2024 (not Video Studio), your serial number should be there.

Thank you, John CB... I do see I wrote Video instead of Movie, sorry for any confusion! Unfortunately, the email isn't in my spam box. Messages older than 30 days are automatically deleted from my Spam folder so it's likely that's where the email went, and it was deleted before I ever saw it.

When I log in to my account at magix.com, I don't see "My Products" listed as an option anywhere. These are my options:

User data - Change your user data here

Info service - Change your newsletter settings here

Product registration - Register a new product here

Create activation code - Create an activation code for one of your registered products

My contracts - Overview of your contracts (I clicked this and there are no contracts)

Log out - Log out of the MAGIX Service Center here

Is there anything else I can try?

@Kelly-Hughlet

Your only possible option is to email infoservice@magix.net, give them all the details of what has happened and ask if they can please resend the confirmation email with its serial key.
