Subsequently, the SW installation was started. At the final stage, a screen with information appeared:
" Remove - Remove the produkt from your computer"

There are no Magix staff on the forums. This is purely a user group run by users.
If you buy anything from a third party supplier then you must deal with the supplier you bought the product from.
Cleverbridge do appear to have a contact page.
I'm surprised Ashampoo have tried to sell something that Magix has not had for sale for some time now probably meaning there is no way to activate the software from their servers.
The Magix equivalent of that program is now a free download from the Microsoft store and called Movie Edit Now.
