@ode_seno Error code -14 usually means you enter a correct serial number into the wrong product. But it could also help if you deactivate the active registration slot in your user account and try to activate it again on your computer by inputting the serial number into the program..

i just found it from youtube,. so if you need to reactivate.. you need to return it to original language..

so sad.. but my app works now.. they will ask to activate every month i guess.. i hope they can fix this proooblem..
