I cannot sign in - only a full screen with blank MAGIX Store/sign-in

I cannot sign in to 2nd computer. When starting MAGIX Music, I see a huge full screen then eventually - very slowly - I see a white MAGIX Store window pop up that never fills in, or allows cursor changes allowing keybd. input of my email + pw.

@NW7 Are you using a laptop? Are you closing the lid of the laptop? If you do this Windows disables the graphics acceleration to save energy. Without graphics acceleration you will only get a white user interface in Music Maker.
