@Steve-Kinabrew

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The error -59 message indicates the program folder may be damaged, see this Support article on how to fix this issue.

An alternate method (better IMO) to the Magix error 59 recommendation, is to uninstall using a third-party uninstaller that can remove left-over registry entries and other pertinent data the default Win uninstall leaves behind, which often causes the same issues to reoccur after re-installation.
Revo Uninstall is highly regarded and has pro and freeware versions. The free version is adequate in most cases. I also recommend using Revo's advanced scan mode and restart the PC before reinstalling SF.

btw, @Steve-Kinabrew, welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users community and best wishes for 2022.
