Hi.  I don't have MEP2013 so am not sure exactly what you mean by "press the arrow".

The most common reason, IME, for titles to "disappear" is because the font colour is not one that can be seen against the colour of the background, e.g. Black text against a dark background or White against a light background.

So, you need to check/change the colour of the title's font as your first step to solving this!  The fact that the bounding box appears suggests strongly that the title is actually "there", but you will need to click on the Title Object on the timeline to make that box visible again, select (drag the cursor over) all the text then, on the Title tab>General, below where you set the font you should see, right hand end of a series of small (formatting) boxes, a coloured box.  Click on that box which will open the colour palette from which you can choose a suitable colour for your title.

Jeff, thanks for reply. I should have said I pressed the 'tick', not arrow. It wasn't the font colour, as I had selected bright red on white background. Somehow, I have managed to produce a title now but it's generally unstable, if I click in the wrong place - it's gone. Now you see it now you don't. I'm new to Magix and have a lot to learn. I think I'll be posting a few more questions. Thanks again, Bill
