I have recently purchased and activated my licence for Acid Pro 8 but nothing happens when I try and download the 9gb of Acid Loops that are meant to come with the package. I am trying to do this via the help menu as indicated in your support pages. How can I download these please?

From where did you purchase Acid Pro 8? It is an old version and so I wonder if the loops are actually no longer available to download.
You need to use the Support button in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Support.
