I cannot download a soundpack I paid for. (Tropical House Part 2)

So I have transferred computers and don't have access to my old one, but I was working on some stuff and getting Magix set back up on my new pc when I realized I can't download this soundpack. Not on the app or Producer Planet. Any help?

@PokyBeats Do I understand you correctly, that you look it up on Producerplanet and it says both on the non-commercial and commercial license, that you need to buy it? Are you logged in?

@SP. It shows I own it and to go to my products to download, however in my products only Tropical House Part 1 is avaliable

I think you need to email infoservice@magix.net with full details of the problem, including clear evidence that you do already own this Soundpool and request their assistance in redownloading it.
