Hi

. . . . I have Magix Music Maker Premium, but I can't update to the newest version . . . I'm on 23.0.2.74(UDP3) . . .

Music Maker Premium is the latest version, however the version number you have does not match mine which is 24.1.4.75 (UDP3)

What is the programs full name as it appears under Help, About Magix Music Maker. . . .

Sorry, it turns out I had 2016, not 2017. I've now upgraded to 2017 but my playback cursor won't move. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi

Try the following:

  1. Restart the computer using Windows button, Power button, Restart.

If this does not fix the problem

  2. Reset MMM, both versions if you left MMM 2016 installed, to its defaults File, Settings, Reset . . . then restart the computer again as above

Note: resetting the program to defaults will lose any customised settings you have made.

Also when you installed all the extras did you leave them in the download folder?

Done all of this now. Still not working.

I didn't leave anything in the download folder.
