I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it still wont work. just goes "The application will now restart to complete the update process" and then goes back to the "Enter your serial number" screen. Haaaalp.
I have the same problem. I posted on a different post. Same issue. I tried uninstalling, removing temp files I tried restore to a previous point again uninstalled and still no luck.
So what I ended up having to do was delete the registry in the registry key. I called the help line, though it took a few tries to get through. They walked me through it.
Ok I got an email from their support after calling today between 1-5pm EST. I havn't done the reg key edit yet until I get home from work. Should be good to go.
I am still having the same issue as aaron-minchau trying to upgrade from the expired demo of AP7 using my serial key. Is there a detailed answer/walkthrough on how to fix this?
