I can't open Sound Forge, and CD Arquitect.

I can't open Sound Forge, or CD Arquitect, which were transferred from Sony to Magix. My account in Magix has these two programs registered, with the serial numbers. I can't open them or download them because the program does not recognize the two serial numbers. I am desperate, and need your help. I even have the original CD from Sony and also, can't install them from there. Please help me. My email is removed bu moderator. I need valid serial numbers. I have used these two programs for years, but recently, my computer crashed and was repaired, and for some reason, the program is not recognizing the original serial numbers of these two programs, which are in my Magix Account I would like to upgrade S Forge to the new S Forge vers 14. The upgrade would be more economic for me, because S Forge 14 is too expensive for me. I will really appreciate your assistance to this problem that I am having

Did you use the same email address when they software were initially purchased or activated? Otherwise, contact the Magix Customer Service Sales Team which handles activation issues.

Hi rraud..thanks for your prompt attention. When I bought this program, about ten years ago, from Sony, I bought the disk, so, I didn't use any email to upload it. However, in 2016 I had a computer crash, and was able to download the program with the same CD I had purchased ,with a serial number (from Sony). That is the same serial number that is on MY Account in Magix (My Products) This is the serial number that I had with Sony, before it transferred to Magix, about two years ago...and when I try to load the program, it says that the system does not recognize that SNumber (see My Account) at Magix).My computer is not recognizing this SNumber. It may be because my computer broke down about two weeks ago,. I received my computer repaired one week ago, and my computer is working very well. Again,,the serial numbers in My Account are not being recognized. At one point, I started installing Sound Forge, but at the very middle of the process, the installation stopped, with the message "There is a corrupt file" can't continue.with the set up. I still have not received support for the problem that I reported. I can't open Soundforge nor CD Arquitect, although I have the disks which I purchased from Sony years ago.
