@Alfonso-Cammarano This is often caused by a firewall setting or Windows folder protection. You can try to change the settings of your firewall or temporarily disable your firewall / Windows Defender while the downloader needs to download the installer or try to change the controlled folder access settings in your system settings https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/allow-an-app-to-access-controlled-folders-b5b6627a-b008-2ca2-7931-7e51e912b034

Welcome to the Magix Sound Forge users forum @Alfonso-Cammarano

Do you mean the initial installer, or the "MAGIX Downloads" folder and files that should be placed in your 'Documents' folder after launching the initial installer?

Please 'Read the 'Sticky' at the head for the main Sound Forge forum page and state your issue in more detail so we may help you.

@Alfonso-Cammarano Yes, likely because of your systems firewall settings or Windows folder protection.

@Alfonso-Cammarano, the unpacked installer files should load to "MAGIX Downloads" in your 'Documents' folder. See if they are there.. Otherwise, if files from elsewhere download normally, we can send you the unpacked files?
As @SP. stated it could be an antivirus/firewall issue. Disable them temporally.
