I did get a license number thats it on my email, when I click on it I click on account login in then when I click on product registration its saying serial number but I never got one!! And on the bottom of that it's saying place of purchase

Does the license number start with P3? please do not display full number here.

Yes I have movie edit pro, and no I never seen that screen at all. I clicked on product registration some screen pop up that said serial number and place of purchase, maybe im doing something wrong

Hi Antonio.

When any product, physical or digital, is bought and you have problems with it. the first port of call is contacting the retailer and not the manufacturer. That is the law of most countries. I suggest contacting guitar center as Magix at this point in time has no obligation to you until you have registered the product with them. If guitar center cannot or will not help you the next step is to contact the local trading standards officials with a complaint and proof of purchase.

Sorry this is such an inconvenience as it must be very frustrating but if you are to buy software digital downloads it is always better to deal with the company producing the product directly for purchases.

I also notice there are no offers on the software at Guitar Center either.

Hi

As @CubeAce has mentioned, you will need to contact guitar center support, it would have been ideal to purchase from Magix direct.

If you cannot find a solution, then you should ask Guitar Center for a refund and then go to Magix website and purchase your product there.
