I've been trying to find a way to contact support regarding this. I have, not 1, but 2 products that I've been trying to officially activate, and they aren't working. The fact its so hard to even find a direct support method is crazy.
The issues for both products are separate, but I might as well address the fact that I need support for both here instead of making another post to address the same concerns above.
