I can't figure out how to load wave files into this software

I already own a DAW.

I am wanting to load my wave files into a magix project and listen to each track, trim vocal lines and see if I even want to continue using this trial version.

Hi,
Just browse to them in the file manager at the bottom and drag them into your track.
