I am having enormous difficulties making purchases on your music site, every time I choose a payment method and after entering my card number, name, nickname..., a message always appears at the end written "Payment was unsuccessful "or" An error has occurred during the purchase process "and this happens constantly. I would appreciate it immensely if you could tell me why this happens every time I try to make a purchase, is the problem with my connection? did i forget to do something? or is it a common site problem ?.
