I can't activate MAGIX MP4

I purchased Magix Movie Edit Pro 2021 Premium and MAGIX MP4 in 2021.
I recently transferred Magix Movie Edit Pro 2021 Premium to a new PC. However, I cannot activate MAGIX MP4 successfully using the activation code I purchased MAGIX MP4.
Please send me a new MAGIX MP4 activation code.
