I can not get Music Maker 2014 premium to record from a usb.

I can not find any video or instructions at all on how to set the program up to record a real insturment. NONE

seems like it should recognise and auto set it but it is not working!!!! I have tried different versions of your software programs and all have the same problem!

however ....sometimes it works and most times it will not.

I admit I do not know anything about recording.

Please help!

Jac

Hi

What is the real instrument?

Does the instrument have a USB audio out or are you referring to a USB microphone?

. . . . I can not find any video or instructions at all on how to set the program up to record a real insturment. NONE . . . .

Did you read the section on Audio recording ( page 59 onwards )  in the installed PDF manual?

There are many videos on Youtube about audio recording in Music Maker - they may not be the same version you have, however there has been very little change since version 17 through to 2015

Did you look under the Tutorials tab for connecting mics and keyboards? There are a few.

Also, look at this tutorial that I did. I show how to connect a mic, a keyboard, set parameters, etc.
