I can not drag and drop the trimmed media file

Hello, I have installed the Movie Studio 24 Suite (latest version: 23.0.1.180) and having problem to use it. I can not drag and drop the trimmed video file from the Video Monitor to the Arranger area. I can insert the Media File from the Media Pool by clicking the middle button to the Video Monitor, it is no problem. I can trim the Video File start and and points also, no problem. In the Media Pool I can directly import the media file to the Arranger by clicking the right button, it is also no problem.

But from the Video Monitor to Drag and Drop the trimmed video to the Arranger it does not work. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but it does not helped. Before I was using a lot the Movie Studio 23 Suite without any problem.

Does anyone can help what should be the problem? I can not use this new version.THX!

Hi,

It's a bug and was discussed here.

The workaround is to click on the import button above the timeline or use the shortcut 1.

I suggest that you raise a ticket. The more complaints, the quicker it may be resolved.
