I recently found a Trojan on my P.C. called PW.Ldpinch, which has now been removed.

(By The Way - I have now changed my Login Password since then!)

However when I now try to access some of my MAGIX and XARA products, they won't load and I get an error message. 

Here is a List of ALL the programs that will now no longer run:-

1/ MAGIX Movie Edit Pro MX Plus

2/ MAGIX Music Maker 15 

3/ MAGIX Music Maker 16

4/ MAGIX Music Maker 17 Premium

5/ MAGIX PC Check and Tuning 2010

6/ MAGIX Photo Designer 7

7/ Samplitude 11 Producer Download Version 

8/ XARA Web Designer 7 Premium

9/ XARA 3D Maker

 - I managed to get MAGIX Video Sound Cleaning Lab Download Version to work again, by selecting REPAIR when prompted in a pop-up box!

I do have some other MAGIX products installed on my P.C., and some of these work fine!

And some others that were trial versions that I no longer use!

As you can see from the list of MAGIX products that I have purchased from you, you can see I am a loyal MAGIX customer, and this is causing me many problems now!

For example, I have only just recently purchased MAGIX Movie Edit Pro MX Plus, and now I can't use it!

This is very frustrating! - So I would really like it if you could help me re-activate these programs?

I tried un-installing MAGIX PC Check and Tuning 2010, and then r-installing it from my Program Disc, but I STILL got the same Error code message, and it wouldn't work!

Please Help!
