I had not heard about the product and thought I was purchasing the product from Magix. I have asked Amazon to clarify this and they are sorry tht the registration key is not included and have told me to contact you again can you please help me with this as I am a struggling musician and since reading up on the product am so eager to try this.

I would have brought the product directly from yourself had i known there would be no help in regards to any technical issues such as this

i await your reply and hope we can work this out

See the box version activation on the Magix site:

http://www.magix.com/ca/support/customer-service/#c262979

The serial number should be on the CD or Dvd envelope.

Failing that, contact Magix support on the Magix site.

The serial number should start with P2 probably.

 If you find it, do not post it here as anyone could use it. Make sure that you register with Magix. After installation, download all of the add-ons. See the video for that.

Hi John how is one supposed to contact Magix even though I have logged my details in that is where it ends with regards to being able to email or even chat to an online consultant. I cannot go any further as I do not have any product registered and this is the whole point all I have is the barcode on the box and the recpt from amazon.com
