@SaneStreet Are you logged in? If installed store features aren't recognized it often helps to open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This will delete the old cache of the store and then it should work fine.

In what way will it not let you use it?

Which edition are you using Free, Plus or Premium?

If you are trying to use 32 bit VST's in the 64 bit version of the program ie Music Maker 2020 - 2023, then you also need the VST Bridge - note the 2 VST's are included in the Plus and Premium editions.
