Which verson of Music Maker did you buy - Basic or Premium?

Did you activate the mp3 encoder?  If not see under Help, Update program / update functions, Activate additional functions.

Make sure some files are already included in the project. If the project remains empty, the options for the export won`t show up. 

In some cases, the system  files are corrupt. Use the SFC / Scannow command to fix it like stated here
