I am writing to request a refund for the purchase of Sony Vegas, which I bought on 6/2/2024.

I am not satisfied with the program because it is difficult to use and sometimes it crashes also I didn’t know that I need plugins to edit

They told me that I will receive refund but after 1h they wrote another message that I will not receive it and when I try to send them another email it shows me that Unfortunately your mail could not be delivered please help😓
