I bought a used copy of Magix Music Maker 17 Premium via eBay and want to register it to my name, but it's saying that it is already registered to someone else. What can be done about this please?

Did you get the original disc and packaging complete with serial number?

If so then you have to email Magix and ask them to de-register the software.

If you did not get the original disc, packaging and serial number then there is little you can do except contact the seller for a refund report the seller to eBay.
