Hi

This sounds like a permissions issue as Music Maker is not saving the settings you are using.

Have you upgraded from Windows 8 to 8.1?

Did MMM 17 work OK on Windows 8 or has it never worked properly?

There may be a compatability issue - MMM17 was not designed to run on Windows 8.

You may have to upgrade - you can download and try the latest version to check it is OK - installing the latest version will not overwrite MMM17 so long as you accept the default installation folders.

Hi John

Thanks for response - MMM17 used to work ok in Windows 8 , I suspect when Microsoft has added fixes to Windows 8 at some point the problem arose .
